The Eat Local Movement
The phrase, Eat Local, was originally coined to promote local grown agricultural products of Oregon farmers. Today, it symbolizes a nationwide movement to increase awareness of our food delivery system and the foods we eat -- from economic, environmental, social, health, political and cultural perspectives.
